At the first time of asking St Asaph City are this season Premier League Champions after being relegated from Tier Three last season.
They can now be promoted back to Tier Three, where they will, be joined by Holyhead Hotpsur and Conwy Utd who being relegated from Tier Two and with the number of vacanies at teir three Llanefyedd could join them if they finish runners up,
