Auxilliary Cup 2015-2016

At a meeting of the League Executive committee it was decided to change the format of the Auxiliary Cup for season 2015-2016.

The format will be a knock-out competition on a home/away basis thus doing away with the league format.

Invitations will be sent to clubs in February asking if they wish to participate - it is not compulsory for clubs to participate.

This decision was made after several clubs had voiced their opinion that the league format became too much with matches being played in midweek and the availability of players.

There will be no invitations to clubs from outside of the league as has been done in the past.
